  Order a dozen and a half donuts and box of coffee. Clerk starts my order. Another customer walks in. She stops my order and starts to take his. He orders two dozen donuts and coffee. She COMPLETES his order, he pays and leaves. I stand patiently and wait another 5 mins for her to go back to my order and finish it. What in the hell just happened? Awful service!

  Ive been to this Dunkin probably 10 times and Id say only 2 or 3 of the visits had my order correct. They were simple orders too (4 items or less). I won't be back.

  I've been to many Dunkin' Donuts for a quick bite or a quick coffee, this one didn't seem to make the grade. There was another customer that came in after me and got their food ahead of me it seem like they forgot my order after I had to stand up and and stare at the manager until I got my order. To the employees seem like they were throwing sex a flower ready trailer because her aprons were extremely dirty. I get it that you've been working a good portion but try and look presentable especially when you walk out front in front of customers.

  Nothings changed here in the past few weeks. I don't go to this location unless I truly have to. You're lucky if your coffee is ever made right. Highly recommend driving up to Lady Lake if you like friendly service and good coffee
