  I had a great guy help me today, Matt, but then encountered the most rude person I have ever encountered at any Publix, ever. The grocery manager, Theresa, when I requested an order for a product (that their web-site said they carried) she told me it could be ordered but it would take 2 weeks to get it, then it would not be on the shelf, so I would be the only person who knew it was in the store and then after a while she would have to throw it away. Without finishing our conversation or awaiting my response she answered the phone, this was obviously a personal call, or at least someone she works with because she starts telling them about her day. Jody saved the moment, she came just as I was about to walk out and leave the few items I had picked up and also helped me place the order. As the transaction finished, Theresa finished her call and asked if we got the order. Like I said, first time ever. I seriously hope it was just a bad day.

  I shop here maybe once a month & have had no issues. The store is always clean & stocked & we enjoy a Publix sub for lunch once and a while!
